Do NOT touch this company with a 100 foot pole!
Do not do business with this company. If I could rate them as 0 stars I would. I placed an order with them in January for 2 Pylontech batteries. The sales person at the time said that expected delivery was 12 days. After numerous reschedules and constant disappointment, I requested that my money be refunded. I have had promise after promise that the refund will reflect in my account within the next few day, it has yet to materialise. My mails are now going unanswered, the Whatsapp number listed on the site never gets read and even the phone number listed on the web page goes unanswered. I am now proceeding to taking legal action to get my money refunded. Do not touch this company with a 100 foot pole!!!

Who the hell is "Precision Medical Solutions"?!
Went in with an injured ankel and was supplied a moon boot by the ER. Next think I am receiving a bill from these guys that I have never dealt with or even heard of for this device. At no point was it made clear that the device was being supplied by a third party! Very deceptive and suspect!

Runaround when renewing license at SAPO
I went to the Cresta branch of the SA Post Office to renew my license disk <br> <br> Since I had received no renewal notice and I know that you could only pay for the license in cash (which i frankly in this day and age find astounding), I spoke the teller and asked how much the license would be. He informed me that the amount was R528 and gave me the form to fill in.<br> <br> Giving that I did not have the cash amount I had to then walk almost all the way to the other end of the mall where there is a Standard Bank ATM to draw the cash.<br> <br> Upon returning I gave the forms along with my ID book to the teller who then told me that their copy machine was not working and I would have to go to the new s agent downstairs to make a copy.. another trip.<br> <br> Upon returning for the third time I made and was then told that the disk could not be printed because there was an outstanding fine, a fact he had neglected to tell me when I asked how much I had to pay.<br> <br> I then had to make another trip to the ATM at the other end of the mall to draw money to pay the fine and after standing in a fourth queue I finally got my disk<br> <br> Suggestions: <br> 1) allow people to pay by card <br> 2) inform them upfront is the disk cant be issued
