I received an email from Dr. Ramkisson & the lady’s name was Alissa, very rude and unprofessional. I had an OP in February 2023 and had to do copayments, I literally just finished paying off the account only to find out that’s was the Physiothe****** and not Dr. Ramkisson. I explained this to her and she still proceeded to send my account to the attorneys, this was just unfair and unwarranted treatment from Alissa, she could’ve at-least called to advise ne of thd process. I was treated unfairly, this account should revert back and I will settle it. Now, the attorneys fees are ridiculous and the service is just appalling.

Received a call From Precision Medical Solutions and This Female Staff was already approaching me with disrespect Staff Female by the Name "Nell", most disrespectful Receptionist, She does not want to understand what I have to say or explain, she utter it's not her problem, They did not arrange with my medical aid to approve direct payment, months later they contact me saying I owe them a huge amount of cash, aren't they supposed to call medical aid first to find out if payment is approve and inform THE PERSON PAYING THE MEDICAL AID! / Patient? , they have not, now they claim money and with a due date that is few days away, Tried to explain to the Lady she speaks while I'm busy explaining, Disrespectful! No customer values, and no self respect, Dr Machuene Evans Staff.

i had a wrist injury beg. August and needed a wrist support ,so i was told by the attending Dr at the hospital. I said i could get one at Dischem but then was told that they had one in stock so they came and fitted it. and i had to sign a form to say they had supplied a support. i was not told the cost of the support at any such point. I left the hospital as they said there was nothing yet to pay. My Medical Aid did not pay due to my savings being depleted as per the medical aid statement i recevived. i now almost 3 months later received an account over WHatsapp from this company but the aco**** is in the name of Berkowitz van niekerk, which is way way more more than a similar product at Dischem and clicks, wihch is only R 165. This company has charged me R1031,00!!!! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF AND SECONDLY THEY DONT TELL YOU ANYTHING FIRST HOW MUCH YOU ARE BEING CHARGED!!

The clinical of the staff was superb. Unfortunately, that's where it stops. I was not greeted when ask to come back. The clinical guy (let's call him Gary) talked "at me" and never to me. He never introduced himself throughout our entire visit. I felt marginalized and simply a number. Upon leaving he happily introduced himself to another group of people.

Went in with an injured ankel and was supplied a moon boot by the ER. Next think I am receiving a bill from these guys that I have never dealt with or even heard of for this device. At no point was it made clear that the device was being supplied by a third party! Very deceptive and suspect!

Had my opp 26 May and made sure a end of June that nothing is outstanding. Now at the end of July they send a bill all of a sudden because the medical aid pays 100% but the Dr. Charges a 200% rate? Something fishy is going on and according to them its your fault?

On Precision Med's website it says...and I quote "Medical Practice Administration Specialist"! Well.... then I wonder why they keep sending me e-mails & SMS's about a supposedly overdue medial account. Dr Lauren Dawn Dougall was my anaesthetist for a procedure I had done in September 2019 ...after harassing her for months for my account, I at last received my account from Precision Med, who handles her administration. My account was paid on 17 December 2019 and proof of payment was sent to Dr Dougall as well as to the individual who sent me the account. To be exact it was e-mailed to clientcare23@precisionmed.co.za on 17 December 2019 at 15:17. On 24 April 2020 at 11.47 ...after receiving 2 SMS messages saying that my account is overdue I once again sent proof of payment...with a not so nice e-mail to Dr Dougall & to the ladies that sent me the SMS messages...Larachelle Weisserner on clientcare46@precisionmed.co.za; as well as to Michelle Malan on clientcare31@precisionmed.co.za. Today, a month later, I receive another e-mail saying that my account is 120+ days overdue. How difficult can it be to allocate the payment to the correct account?? I advise any doctors considering the use of Precisionmed's…"administration specialist" to think again! I also beg of someone at Precisionmed to sort out my account & allocate my payment. My reference number is DOU173
