One of the most inconsiderate mis informed medical aid there is. They don't cover life threatening surgery's because it's not a PMB. Nevermind the fact that the client can die? You first need to pay your co payment for the tools that is needed for the operation before they would even touch you even if there is no other option when it comes to the operation, they made it clearly that they don't dont care! "If you can't pay there is nothing you can do about it" So now you have to choose between food on the table or getting the operation that you need. Canceling this hospital plan thay they sell as a Medical aid as soon as possible. Bad excuse for a medical aid. Sies!

I recently visited MTN Waterfall Mall Store Number: 51. This store obviously does not want to stay in business. I had a MTN month to month lte package, after a while I decided that I want to upgrade it to the bigger option. The staff told me that there is a 30 day cancelation period on the month to month product, as soon as you want to cancel they take everything from you and still have to pay an additional month and you are 'prohibited from leaving with the equipment. . .I can understand but the part that I don't understand is paying for a additional month. I then consulted with MTN customer care which where I was told there's no 30 day cancelation. After going back AGAIN on Saturday where I told the consultant that there I want to cancel to upgrade she told me sorry she can't help me they have no stock I should check with another store and that I am plainly stuck with a dead slow router she can't assist me. Then I went to the other store where they told me if I want to cancel I should do it at that store. Unlike the other store they where actually helpful. The staff at store 65A are basically just sitting there and pulling salary while wasting the costumers time. They make it obviously they don't want to help when you walk in. After having to ARGUE with the other consultant that there is no 30 day cancelation the trainee (he's been wearing the same trainee badge since December 2023) tells me to calm down although they can argue and you should keep your mouth shut? This has been the worse experience I have ever had in the retail sector. The staff are unavailing, under trained, misinformed and self-righteous. I will NERVER IN MY LIFE recommend any one to go and WASTE their time with this useless shop.

Paid up my account 1st of April and still no paid up letter after multiple attempts to retrieve 1. This is while I am being handed over to another debt collector agency with no reply from Saya Recoveries whatsoever. So now I have to pay double because of this Saya Recoveries being a scam
Had my opp 26 May and made sure a end of June that nothing is outstanding. Now at the end of July they send a bill all of a sudden because the medical aid pays 100% but the Dr. Charges a 200% rate? Something fishy is going on and according to them its your fault?

Initial email i sent to the complaints department "Incident report of reckless and negligent behaviour of company personnel REG NO : FT###P GP DATE : 30/07/2020 On the 30th of July 2020 at around about 08:15 I encountered one of your drivers on the road and in the private parking lot of DFA. At the traffic light (Jean ave C/C N14) your driver was standing still at the intersection with no emergency hazards on with a green robot, I then proceeded to stop and give it time as the traffic light went over to green a few seconds before that, when the driver behind me flashed his lights I gave two short taps on my hooter to warn your driver that the light is green and the situation at hand could cause an accident, this is indicated in the road rules and revelations that a horn/hooter should be used in the case to avoid an accident/collision. As he then started waving his hands out the window making gestures he eventually decided to start driving, we followed Jean ave until we arrived 244 Jean ave at the security gate of DFA Premises. He then proceeded throwing hand gestures refusing to move out of the way with little knowledge that I was not following him but using the same premises at that day as a client and temporary worker of one of the company’s on the same premises. I then decided I’m just going to go around him and use the visitors gate since I am a legal tag holder of the same premises he is prohibiting me to enter and as I was doing this he then proceeded to drive and park his vehicle trying to further intimidate me with his hand gesture’s. I then also proceeded to park my vehicle and went to go and sign in at the relevant place I needed to be as I am already late due to the fact I had to deal with the misbehaving employee, I proceeded back to the parking lot and proceeded to vehicle FT09BP GP where he was standing chatting with his buddies with no mask on or enforcing the social distancing act to get his information so that it could be reported to his superior. He then replied with “no and why should i” to which I gave him my reason. He then told me I am crazy and “should go to the nearest hell". I told him very well and took the reg down to follow up personally to which he told me to “foetsek" and “fo#of" and as I am walking away he kept talking by again telling me to “fokof”, “its fine run away", “waneala" which by the way means your crazy and a moerskont in an african language and so on. I couldn’t be bothered any more neither any less with his intimidation tactics. Now I am contacting you today because due to his refusal to provide me with his company information and with his maintenance team supporting his actions, I had to go and investigate myself to get to the relevant contact information to report this incident. From here on I will also personally follow up to make sure that the necessary disciplinary actions are taken, the security guard at that time can also account for your employees actions. I personally would never recommend them neither use them with staff like this working for them
Best burger i have had in 29 years. You guys kick ***** when it comes to service and food.
