This business does not appear to be reputable. After payment, I received no further communication, and there is no physical address or contact number available. My emails have gone unanswered. They claim to use Yun Express for shipping, but I have been unable to contact them as well. I have lost R1200 and received nothing in return. It is especially disappointing since they advertise that the business was started for their daughter, Rose.
I ordered about fifteen items on 25 Oct 2025 from Temu. These items were ordered so that I can qualify for the R1 deal on three items, which I did. I ordered 1x lampshade, 1x portable printer, 1x thermal paper for R1. Once I went through the whole process of getting to the point where I can get these 3 items at R1 each, a message came up that said these three items will now be delivered. Just after that I could not see the 3 items anymore, and no new messages on my orders as listed below includes these three items. Temu the told me that I unfortunately did not make the purchase in the require timeframe, which I know is absolutely nonsense. I am now in the process of sending back most of the 15 items as I just bought them for the R1 deal. My buying spree from Temu has no ended. They are a bunch of *******s.
I ordered over R600 of goods from Snatcher the beginning of September and every time there is some type of issue why I still do not have the order in my possession. I keep on getting mails that say the products were delivered and how do I rate their service and products. What a joke. We are now at a stage that they admitted that the courier company misplaced my order but I am still waiting for anything to happen.

Dotsure is one of the best, if not the best, company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Glayvia Martin dealt with my recent claim, and she was brilliant. But then everyone at Dotsure I have dealt with is brilliant. I am recommending them to everyone that I speak to.
I cancelled my contract last year already but every single month after that they still deduct the premiums every month. I have made several calls but nothing.
Policy number 0020955640/Reference 117934883. It has been almost 17 months since my fiancé passed away. I have been calling every second week to follow up on this claim. Every time I get told that you are waiting for documents from Mr Mynhardt’s sister and every time I explain that his sister had till the 8th of April to submit all the relevant documentation proving financial dependance. She was unable to do this as she was never financially dependant on Christo so this is delaying the whole process. I have submitted all my documents proving financial dependancy via esteinhobel@iie.ac.za and through my estate attorney, Rone Kemp rone@wealthassociates.co.za. Bottom line, the monies in the policy cannot just lay dormant when I have proved financial dependancy and the sister is unable to.

I have sent a claim through to Liberty some time ago now and have not received any feedback since them even after numerous calls and emails. They good as selling their products by there it ends.
I have been bombarded with call to upgrade to the newer version 3 Explora. I want to upgrade to the Explara Ultra but just no one seems to be able to help me. Please train the call centre people to know how to sell your products. I have Netflix now and am thinking of cancelling my DSTV due to the bad service.
