Loaded electricity and account was debited. However nothing credited to my meter. They have a Whatsapp "support" line, which nobody responds to, emails go unanswered & calls don't get answered. Any idea how I can get hold of these people?
These people are **** artist. I have been trying for over a year to get refund for show that was cancelled and they never respond. I have been given a email adress of refunds@dinoworldsa.com, but this about as useful as writing a letter to Santa Claus. I would. Original date for show was 23 September 2023, which was cancelled. As I have read and understood, this was due to organiser (Dino World SA) not getting necessary permits. I would appreciate my money back and as per the other comments here, be careful when using these people
Wesbank collected premium after vehicle was settled. This happened on 22 Dec & was promised refund 3-5 working days. We are way past this now and just getting excuse, after excuse, after excuse. 1st was there was a backlog of payments and was promised that the follwing day money will be in my account, this never happened. Then it was being escalated and they couldn't say why previous person said it'll be paid 2 days prior, however has been "escalated" and I will receive feedback, once again nothing happened. Then today again, was asvised that they can see it has been escalated, however that's all that can be said, held on to speak to team manager, was on hold for 10mins and phone got dropped. This is ****ndous service and I am really regretting the fact that I just bought a new car using Wesbank again. This will certainly be my last time using them & will not recommend anyone to use them.
Trying to cancel subscription is like trying to find the Lochness Monster. Impossible to get hold of anyone, totally shocking service.
Telkom is on my very last nerve and I have no idea how to handle this any further. Our ADSL line was stolen in August and Telkom advised that no new line will be installed. So we cancelled our Telkom line, since the and after numerous calls trying to cancel & being promised it has been cancelled, we just keep getting bills and statements from them. Can anyone please help to get them cancelled. I want absolutely nothing to do with this horrendous company and want anything still in our name removed and cancelled.
They have this 'wonderfull' health platform benefit, that was my deciding factor with chosing Momentum, instead of Discovery Health, but what a mistake, as having this benefit includes, among other 1papsmear per year, which my wife used, after contacting them & them confirming that its ok, since it was an already confirmed booking. Wife went & paid the dr & sent invoice for payment & thats where the fun begins. been from pillar to post, with absolutely nothing even close to a resolution, first of all they declined twice, as they whers trying to pay out of the health saver & twice was explainex that its supposed to come from the health benefit platform! we even had the dr's office contact them, to get assistance. all i can say is, worst idea ever joining them.
just want to get it out there, I've been a long time client of Scoin Cavendish & once again the service and attitude of the staff has been exceptional.<br> <br> Went in to sell my Krugers & I can say it was such an easy & pain free exercise, your staff were extremely knowledgeable & went above and beyond their call of duty.<br> <br> keep up the excellent work :)<br> <br>
