Pathetic !!!!!!!! This must be the worst run and managed company in the world. They deliberately lie on their URL to draw you into the sale and then the fun starts. We placed an order 15th August 2022 at 08:35:08 with a promise that delivery would be between 3 to 5 working days. We paid for our order and 5 working days later had no response and when we tracked the order we noticed a "hold" was placed on our order. We phoned the company (after 5 no answered attempt's) we finally got to speak to an operator to attitude was less than desirable an he informed us they were waiting for stock and we would definitely by Monday the 29th. its now the 31st of August and we have tried , today alone 30 times to get hold of them and no answer!! I think this is a scam for 4 reasons 1)The lack of any form of communication 2)The promise of delivery within a specified period and then no attempt to keep the client informed 3)Telephone call go unanswered 4)Refund policy takes longer than your wait for the goods I also don't believe that hellopeter.com is of any value to the consumer at all , when looking at reviews they say on the review that this company verified by them???????? What did you verify?? They are not at the adress specified they seldom if at all answer their telephone No other form of communication is answered and they have a 1 percent positive review (probably posted by themselves!!) Come on hellopeter.com at least pretend to be of value to the consumer and advise people!!!!
We ordered their 10mbs satellite connection and had to pay R2548.00 up front for installation. We then recieved a email with order number 3330. We then recieved an invoice no 017497 tax id no 4920262206 company id K2005/110748/04 Telephone number 0871951208. A follow up email was sent to us telling us one of their staff Dewalt would contact us in within 48 hrs to arrange installation. This never happened. We email and sent a messenger request as to what was going on and eventually got an email saying Jaco Lategan would do the installation ay 09h00 14th August 2020. We took leave to be avalible for them. By 11am nobody had arrived and we emailed and messaged them again NO ANSWERS to any of our requests. By 5pm they had blocked us on all platforms. We then checked their company number with Cipc site and discovered it not registered THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM PLEASE BE ADVISED THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!
THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND IV BEEN TO SOME HOLES!!!<br> 1)ON ARRIVAL THE FORECOURT WAS LITTERED WITH LEAVES AND PALM SEEDS<br> 2)OLD NEWSPAPER HELD DOWN BY THE BACK OF A OLD CHAIR IN THE ENTRANCE<br> 3)BROKEN KITCHEN EQUIPMENT STANDING ON THE VERANDA<br> 4)LIGHTS OUT ON THE MAIN ENTRANCE<br> 5)SPEED BUMP(LOL) AND VERY SLIPPERY TILES IN THE ENTRANCE<br> 6)THE DOOR TO THE RESTAURANT ONLY OPEN HALF WAY AND HAS TO BE WEDGED IN WITH PAPER<br> 7)WE GET INSIDE AND STAND THERE WAITING EVENTUALLY A WAITPERSON COMES OVER AND SHOWS US TO OUR TABLE<br> 8)WE ARE SEATED CLOSE TO THE DOOR AND THE WHITE CURTAINS DRAPING THE WINDOWS ARE FILTHY<br> 9)WE THEN SEE COCKROACHES RUNNING ON THE DRAPES BUT WE STILL TRY KEEP AN OPEN MIND<br> 10)THE TABLE CLOTH HAS A HUGE HOLE IN IT AND IS BADLY STAINED<br> 11)WE THEN ASK TO SEE A WINE LIST AND ARE INFORMED THEY DON'T HAVE AND OUR WAITPERSON COULDN'T TELL US WHAT WINES WERE AVAILABLE OR IF THE SOLD IT BY THE GLASS.EVENTUALLY THE BARMAN COMES TO TELL US WHATS AVAILABLE SO WE ORDER A BOTTLE OF 4COUSINS 1.5LT@200.00 AND A CASTLE LIGHT(20) AND A BLACK LABEL(25)<br> WE GET OUR DRINKS>>>>>>NO ICE BUCKET TWO MISMATCHED WINE GLASSES AND NO BEER GLASSES<br> GOT SO MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT NOT ENOUGH SPACE
