Having a huge problem with pick pay ASAP, I have been trying to get my refund since the 03 of may and they kept on telling me money is refunded and close my query, today I'm told it's too late to query about my money it's been too long. I have spoken to a lot of different people. Must I forfeit my money
I've been waiting since may to get a coupon they promised me on stuff they made mistakes on. I am even tired of contacting them now Mulberton brach the worst experience ever had.
The app replacement functionality is not efficient. There is a tendency of replacing your stuff without consultation. Mulberton gave me cream cheese that was expiring the following day, cheese and sausage with lesser weight but same price. There is always an issue with this store it is just a disgrace to pnp as a whole nothing is ever fresh itgs sad. I am still waiting for replacement even now 2 June fro. 26 May imagine
Online mulberton region is terrible. I received stuff in replacement of what they did not have imagine onion of 17 Rands replaced with one of R39. Which region does not have swetners my God. I have kids can u replace Golden delicious with granny Smith. The watermelon I received looks like something from desert. Why Is Mayfield not under gauteng region, mulberton sucks. I need my money refunded for I did not ask for replacement.
The asap department has surely bigger problems in their hands, either short stuffed or not sufficiently resourced for their systems are ineffecient, tske forever to resolve issues, take forever to refund for items could not provide, the system does not even have a proper working machanism to replace stuff they don't have. It is just a mess been talking to them forever calks we mails don't know what to do

Talk about unprofessionalism is quite disgusting and don't mention to return, the return process is a nightmare they talk about 7days and I lodged my return 18th April been waiting since not talk about endless calls you have to hold when they take you from pillar to post and blaming that one and that one. I do not understand how Christian Van Der Berg can harras me with sms and threaten me after I was promised a service. He kept on asking for money as if it will assist in speeding up the process but only to do nothing when I ask he threatens me.
