Took car in for a service and some diagnostics for car lossing power while driving, they had my car for 4 weeks and told me the timing was out and qouted close to 10K for labour. Denied qoute and went to collect car only to find that they had destroyed my starter motor. Took vehicle to other mechanic to confirm timing issue only to find iut the problem was due to faulty relay, Relay has been replaced and car is working again perfectly(had to get new starter aswell) They dont reply to any emails, they screen your calls and customer care has not returned any of my calls or emails in 3 weeks. Worse customer service ive ever experienced and mechanics dont know what they doing, i apparently had the workshop manager try diagnose the problem who clearly couldnt ready the diagnostic logs.
6 months ago i migrated my adsl line back to telkom as i wanted to change ISP's. within 2 weeks the line was migrated but thats when things went cockeyed, at the begining of every month my line gets suspended meaning i have to call telkom to get them to re activate it, is come to the point where the technicians dont even know how there own infrastructure works. Telkoms excuse is that the ISP has suspended the line but my ISP has no contol over my line as i am renting my line from telkom, after countless hours on the phone each month with every department telkom has i have given up and decided to move my line to my ISP axxess. I signed up for the service on there website and with 3 hours my line was migrated and internet is working again. My ISP has fixed something in 3 hours which telkom could not figure out in 6 months, SHAME ON YOU TELKOM!!!!!
