My daughter *started* her orthodontic treatment second quarter of 2024. Denis approved. Spacers were inserted. Top and bottom jaw. They are still in tact. She has follow up appointments. Her orthodontic treatment is still ongoing. Denis wont approve the consultation!!! According to them we have depleted our benefits and my daughter is only allowed orthodontic treatment ONCE in her lifetime. What a joke!!! I assume they are expecting me to remove the spacers with a plier myself.

can't cut my bread
Ordered a baguette. Asked the waiter if they will please cut it in half for me as I am alone with a 6.month old baby sleeping in my arms. His reply: uhm mm mam. Will have to ask the kitchen nicely because they don't cut bread! WHAT? How awful. Bad service!! Wil never support them again. Ever. Bad service. Waiter and manageress needs training.

BAD SERVICE
Phoned the store at 20:33. Placed an order for x2 Large Pizza's. Usually they deliver within 20-25 minutes. I phoned the store at 21:21 to follow up. No delivery as yet. Manager said he will get back to me within a minute. After 10 minutes I phoned again. Manager said the driver left he will be there soon, I can have the order for free. Driver arrived at 21:42. I told the driver I am not paying. Driver said I should phone the manager. Phoned the store, manager could not speak to me as he was on the TOILET. Assistant manager said I can not have the food for free, he can offer me SOMETHING for free on the next order. <br> <br> Bottom line.<br> There wont be a next order<br> Unprofessional, bad service.<br> Not even an apology.<br> <br>
