SANLAM DOUBLE DEBIT POLICY THEN REFUNDS AS A CLAIM
My gap cover policy was double debited, i called yesterday and i was told it was an IT problem and that i will be refunded in 5-7 days, i was also told i must not attempt to return funds from my side as this would affect my credit record with them. I am very annoyed, he also mentioned that an email has been sent to all the clients, i told him i receive all the emails from Sanlam, and i never received that email. This morning i receive an email from Sanlam, advising that my claim has been approved, i did not put in a claim, the claim is for the amount that had to be refunded.. i have this policy for years and have never claimed, i am not comfortable with my refund being processed as a claim.

DISGUSTING WORKMANSHIP
Nedbank sent leaktech out to repair a burst geyser. They left us with a hole in the ceiling, a wet ceiling, splatters of rusty water on my walls and doors inside my house. They also ran rust water from the geyser into my back yard area all over my garden equipment, my kitchen brooms, and my cast iron potjie. The geyser was replaced on Monday morning, i have lodged a complaint, they still have not come out to clean it up. I had to clean the yard last night because it was disgusting to look at. The walls however i couldnt clean as the rusty water has stained it. I have photos which i have sent to them and to Nedbank Insurance.

Kia Motors pathetic service
I bought my Kia Rio in March 2013-it is due for the<br> 45000km service-I have been calling for 3 day<br> On the first day I gt a call back which I missed, I called<br> Back immediately another 2 days gone nothing<br> I called again today - I get tld they short staffed and<br> The guys are trying their best.. Online Timetable
its fairly simple .. update the online timetable, the instructors are always wrong, how difficult can this be? its always an issue-simple communication, add it to yr opening n closing checklist, its unacceptable to have the same issue over n over!!!<br>
