Do not rent from these people. Even the good reviews I’m sure they did it themselves. The inconsistency is questionable
I am very disappointed with Skywise airline. I was in Cape Town and booked the next available flight on Monday, 30 November 2015. That flight was supposed to be at 11h30. For some reasons unknown and unexplained to us, the flight was delayed and only boarded at 12h20, landing at OR Tambo at 14h30. The staff was very incompetent as if they did not know how to handle late flights and complaining clients with no apologies whatsoever! Another couple that was in the que when we were booking had had their 09h20 flight cancelled with no prior warnings about the unavailability of that flight. In the plane I was sitting next to a guy who complained about being overbooked in the 6 am flight and for the staff to tell him that they couldn't find his details on the system but only to let a family of 4 go through. It was my first time flying with Skywise out of desperate measures and it certainly is the last. With this kind of treatment and the number of complaining passengers, I have no doubt whatsoever, that if this airline doesn't step up their game, it'll go down like the others. I, for one, am never flying or recommending it. Rather pay more and be on time than such inconvenience.
