Have been receiving money from remitly through sikhona money and had absolutely no problem. My money would be deposited into my account within an hour. Now they have partnered with hello paisa and I have to wait 48 hrs. Remitly did not inform their clients of this change. Completely disappointed with remitly and would not recommend to anyone.
Worst service EVER! I have been receiving money trough remitly since last year April and the money would be paid into my fnb account within an hour via sikhona money. Now all of a sudden my money is being paid via hello paisa. The was no notification of a change to either me or the sender. I have never had to wait 48 hours for my money. I also downloaded the app from Apple Store and when I tried to register it said my anpplica was already in progress. I DO NOT REMEMBER REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT BEFORE. I am pretty sure this goes against the POPPI ACT. So I will be contacting the ombudsman shortly. I am very disappointed in remitly and hello paisa. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. And if I could have made that 1 star anything less I would have.
My account has been stopped due to "*****ulent activity" last year November. I have since submit all the documents requested from me and have waited since then to have my account reactivated again. However it has not been reactivated and everytime I make enquiries I am told that they are still investigating the matter and I must contact the ***** engagement centre. Yet everytime I call I am told they cannot help me and then I get out through to someone who can apparently help me just to have the phone dropped in my ear. Then when I try to lay a complaint. The same thing happens. I have had to have my salary paid into a different account due to this issue or else I would not get paid. All my accounts are linked to this Capitec account and I refuse to have them moved to another account . I was told this investigation will take 24-72 hours but yet still I await answers. Honestly does this take so long or is someone or someones not doing their job?
So I have been feeling ill this passed week and self medicated for flu and sinus. However yesterday I started feeling much worse. I started having cold shivers while having a high fever. I have body aches, my neck is stiff and I have a headache. So I had an online consultation this morning because my doctor is closed on weekends. In the consultation the doctor recommended i go to the emergency room as my symptoms indicated MENINGITIS and when I called customer care to find out how the cover will work and the told me I needed to go to my doctor to get a referral. I will only be able to see my doctor on Monday.... What do I do if I start feeling worse? Highly disappointed in this service. If I end up in a coma I will be sure to follow legal steps.

I contacted "Westpole" and they had the audacity to tell me that seeing as I was unemployed they will only charge me R320 instead of R640 for the background check. Again stupid of me but I paid them with money I could've used elsewhere. I am still waiting for the " info for the job I applied for" Please do not fall for the same trap I have. I know there are people worse off than me. Do not believe a word they tell you.
I resigned in April 2015 from the department of home affairs due to unfair treatment! I completed my FIRST set of forms a week later. i found out that the FIRST set of forms was the WRONG forms. I then completed the SECOND set of forms and found out a couple of MONTHS later that there was still a form missing. I completed that form and posted it to the offices in Mafikeng just to find out they never received it after a couple of months AGAIN. Eventually my forms reached head office in Pretoria but they have been waiting for a form from finance since AUGUST!!! I phoned two weeks back and they said there is a form that i need to sign before they (finance) can send the requested form to HR. I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS I HAVE A TON OF MEDICAL BILLS TO PAY WHICH I WOULDN'T HAVE IF I WAS TREATED FAIRLY AT THAT DEPARTMENT.
