I don't believe Telkom is worthy of even one star, but sadly this is what has to be selected. I've been trying to cancel my services since 6 Sept '19, almost TWO years down the line, and till now still nothing has been done about my complaints and list of references I have been giving to them. I have to phone every single month and every time I get promised that this time it'll be sorted. Since my last Hello Peter complaint beginning of 2020 I've been handed over to 6 six different lawyers or debt collectors and even sending them all the reference numbers and communications I had with Telkom has made no difference. Another company just takes over the account after a few weeks. Every time I phoned I was given a different reference number and got told that it'll take another 30 days to be sorted. To yet again be to told the cancellation was cancelled internally and to get another month added to my profile. I was a loyal client for years when everybody else left and now I understand why everyone else left, or struggles to get rid of you. You're quick to sign up new clients or sell more products but when it comes to providing those services you sold us you can't deliver. And believe me I have made notes of all the excuses I have been given for all the reference numbers I have been collecting since Sept '19. I had enough now!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't refuse to pay the bill short or not at all else you cut all my services. So I did you a huge favour and cancelled all my services just to get rid of you. Now you can't release my fibre line for me to get another ISP, you DON'T own the fibre line to cling to it, due to some silly excuse and you're costing me a lot of money and business. I have 4 reference numbers already for the fibre cancellation only and each consultant I spoke to gave me different feedback, the last one even saying it will take another 30 days, showing the incompetence of your staff. But if it takes as long cancelling the fibre line with you as it has taken with the other services which was cancelled on the 6th of Sept '19 then I might as well just buy a ****le (from another ISP) and use that till dooms day come. I was a loyal client for years when everybody else left and now I understand why everyone else left, or struggles to get rid of you. You're quick to sign up new clients or sell more products but when it comes to providing that services you sold us you can't deliver. We are at end of week 6 & since I accepted the quote in Oct & paid the dep, he & his men has worked on/off not even 10 days. First his mom died & he started a week later than planned & after hearing nothing from him for almost a week after paying the dep. He eventually started the work & then a friend died. He didn't pitch for another week making excuses & then promises of coming but never showing up, I have proof of all. Then according to him his main man's house burnt down & still he didn't pitch, although he promised to. Just can't believe that a business comes to a stand still if 1 of your guys didn't pitch for work but you started off with 5/6 guys working the first few days. At end of week three he said he won the lotto, R5.5mil to be exact & that he'll be fixing my pool for free as it'll be the last pool he'll ever fix as well as give my dep back the next week. So week 3 became 4, 4 became 5 & now it end of week 6. He didn't show up at any given time during that period & had excuses of why he's dragging with the pool. When he did eventually answer my message last week he said he'll do my pool for cheaper & will start Monday, but never showed or answered any of my messages
