Great service from nhlanhla Nkosi assisted me with the prepaid link to make payment on my policy
I was told to make an appointment with an attorney, knowing full well that my mother's will with them was unsigned. The appointment was set up, and after driving 26km to their offices, I was simply told that they could not help me. Things that should be confirmed by email, were not. I will change my will with immediate effect after dealing with them. To top it off, the lifts were broken and clients had to use the fireman's lift. The lift closed on me, enough to cause bruising. It's like they're asking to be sued.
Continuously phoning me when they are aware of my profession as a healthcare practitioner. I am woken up after night shift or when I am consulting or treating a patient. I get my statements via email. Why can’t they email me?
I received a voucher for UberEats but cannot download the app; I get a message saying, "temporarily locked out of account". Judging by past reviews, it looks like a dodged bullet.

Good service after forgetting my Oneplan card at home and had to pay with my savings account; Oneplan fully reimbursed me. Customer service was informative and understanding. My only complaint was that I had to submit the forms several times and the payout took over a month (likely due to the fact that it was 1 claim but 2 vet visits). Moral of the story, don’t forget your card.
After needing to change my debit order date, I was told that it would not be possible. The original debit order date was never authorized by me in the first place. When I wanted to cancel the policy, (to avoid a bounced debit that would affect my credit score) I was then told that my issue would be escalated and somebody would be in touch with me. The same thing happened with my car insurance, when I needed to amend my policy, no one got back to me.
After I made a payment arrangement, ABSA decided to debit my account anyway against my wishes. It is R150 for each debit bounced, so ABSA scores R300. Absolutely disgusted with their service.
When changing devices and installing the banking app, it will not work, even when going into the branch, I was still unsuccessful. The lady who tried to help me couldn’t access the account because the verification wouldn’t allow it.
Really fantastic customer service, helpful, very patient and understanding when dealing with stressed owners. Quick payouts. Can't compare with other insurers but wouldn't consider changing. Very happy with them.
