Bad after service
Don't answer when you call. Friday my car engine light come on no power I needed to stop next to the road this was around 8pm. We called left us stranded next to the road we needed to make planes to get home with the car. Saturday erdag called them again they collected the car around 12 we asked them to please take the car to Rustenburg due to bad service you get from Thabazimbi we were told no the car must go to Thabazimbi. Monday morning I get a call from Thabazimbi after 9am asking what is wrong with the car because it was just off loaded I told them what happened. When I ask where was the car on Sunday no one hade an answer. We went and look on the tracker I the car was in rustenburg at the towing service yard. Thabazimbi principle is mean an she tell me over the phone she doing her work when I ask her when I am getting a car while mine is standing

Don't take your car thier other places must always fix it
This is Ford and mahindra. The principal she does not know how to work with customers, she told me in 2022 that I am not welkom because I told her you can not compare the 2 with each other, now mahindra towed my car to them again, she must give me a car to drive while mine is standing thier. She is not coming back to me when I ask is she following she telling me she is doing her job and she does not have to explain to me

Always a struggle to get your parcel from them
They send massage saying you Will l get your delivery today before 5 but never arrived. Call the next day then they say it will be here at 5pm on there way again nothing. So it's always a long wait

Think careful before signing up
This is not a second income if you are full time employed . They make lots of promises you can do trade anytime of the the day and this is incorrect , the updates is only in early in the morning during the day it is only big items like gold , and this is if you are lucky to receive the updates we do not get it anymore . Then we started to complain because we can not do trading. They say okay we must tray the copy cat trading were you copy someone's trade and then you make money, this system is also not working till today we did not make a penny in trading so people before you sign up for this 2 years payment scheme think careful , because now we are pay for something we are not using due to promises that was made towards us to start the trading.
