What is the reason for institutions such as MANCOSA to exist if they cannot provide services that they pride themselves to offer once you’ve registered with them? The research ethical clearance department is a major concern and MANCOSA isn’t doing anything about it because year after year same concerns come up “no response or delayed responses that’s their area of specialty. It is very alarming and annoying that you have to pay your hard earned money for such pathetic level of incompetence and ignorance this should be considered a crime, if it’s the matter of too many students that you have to go around why bite more than you can chew?. My wife has been begging for weeks and even was pro-actively completing her research with hopes that she’ll do little to no remedial work as soon as the research ethical clearance respond, to this day nothing has been done, it is frustrating to see her hopes of graduating diminishing in front of her eyes because of people who claimed to offer services and aren’t held accountable when they don’t yet they get paid for zero service I repeat this is crime a complete ****. Please do something about this we cannot tolerate such nonsensical behaviour any longer.
My mother was with dial direct short fall cover which she took in 2021 when she bought a car, early February 2024 she called to cancel the policy due to financial constraints , however they are still *****ing her R363.82 every month, a pensioner’s money, what is wrong with these people. I need this to stop because we’ve tried several times calling and they keep promising to stop but they never do
The unlimited auto elite scratch and dent insurance is totally a scam, it's funny how persistent they're when they want customers they not only end there, they also want you to give them contacts of your friends/family to get more customers. calling non stop yet when you claim they ignore your emails,I submitted my claim on 02/07/2019 and the next day I was told to get two quotes and take pictures of the dents and scratches on the car and submit them with the kilometres and the licence disc, on the 5th of July i asked for feedback , my emails are ignored! SCAMMERS
