No after sales service
ADT is super efficient when they need your business. If you have any problems after installation you are on your own. We have made several appointments with a technician and no one pitches up for the appointment. Do not deal with them as they do not have after sales service.

Excellent Manager
Velocity provided me with excellent service this afternoon. I have been struggling to get through to them for the past 3 days. The Manager took my number and got a staff member to phone. Feeling super special with their excellent service. Wish all companies treated their customers this way.

Our recent claim was dealt quickly and efficiently. Tracked the status of the claim online and everything was stored hassle free. Excellent service
