Poor communication and dishonest person to work with, would not recommend them.
I wanted to restore my Yamaha BWS100 scooter, so I took it to Ekerold Yamaha in Pietermaritzburg. Big mistake... My scooter came back with more damage than before it went. Stripped *****s all over, missing *****s, loose panels, a cracked panel and some of the areas I wanted spray painted, were not spray painted. They left out lots of work and charged R5383 for basically just a service. They also didn't send a quote for a new front tyre and exhaust, as requested. I previously posted on a Yamaha BWS100 owners group, and the mechanic from Ekerold Yamaha PMB saw the post and phoned me asking me to delete my post because "They will get in trouble" He also blamed the damages on my driver who picked the bike up, saying it wasn't tied down, it was tied down properly and I was there to offload it. The mechanic said I could bring it back and he will sort everything out, I have decided not to give them a second chance. Now I have to spend another R7000 to get it restored properly.
I ordered a phone several weeks ago, and since then ive had to phone various different people, after they have incorrectly sent my phone to the wrong place, twice! I'm still waiting!!! Do they not have a GPS? It's nearly a month now, and I haven't even used the phone yet, why should I pay? I want to be reimbursed somehow! The call operators are incompetent and make massive errors such as this one, a simple address mistake which cause weeks if not months of waiting, and massive customer dissatisfaction, I TRULY hope this gets through to whoever is responsible! So these mess ups can be prevented in future. I'm not impressed, at all, it should have been here long ago! They are wasting their own time and more importantly, my time! I have considered switching service providers before due to Mtns bad service
Almost every time I upgrade my phone, it gets sent to the wrong place, making me wait for many days, if not weeks, instead of the 3-5 days it should take, this time it was sent to Cape Town and I'm in the Free State, Reitz. The couriers need to get the addresses correct and prevent such mishaps, it's very inconvenient.
