Terrible Service. I had an alarm installed 1 year ago. We now have a faulty camera and I logged the problem with Jon over a month ago. I have followed up with him numerous times and all I get is empty promises, promising to call me back and promising to come repair the problem. I'm at the end of my patience but still don't know how to rectify the problem.
I needed a custom table and a display stand for an exhibition and I spoke to Zogdy from Lansdowne Boards 2 weeks prior to the Expo. I sent him the design and measurements and he mentioned that this would be possible but due to the lead time, I might need to assemble it myself. I paid the R2900 deposit immediately to avoid any delays. My wife and I followed up with Zogdy and was told that there was insufficient time to make the display stand but they would still make the table. They also supplied 2 A0 boards. On the Fri before the Expo my wife went to collect the table and she was shown a ready made table and was told she could customize it to look the way I wanted. She brought the table to the expo where I started assembling it. At this point I realised it was the wrong table and some of the panels were too small. On the Saturday morning I took the cupboard back but was told they would not accept it back because I had started assembling it. I agreed to keep it and was refunded R500. I called another sales person and was quoted R1100 for the exact same table. They are refusing to give me feedback so I effectively have paid R2400 for a R1100 table and 2 boards. Extremely upset client
