I had glass cut at Bellville Glass, upon returning home the edges was actually jagged and not smooth. I phoned Graie and explained the situation, without hesitation he immediated arranged collection and return same day to fix the error. His professionalism and customer service was exemplary and simply for the manner he handled the initial complaint, I can gladly recommend their services.
Card transactions are sent to work emails which is a breach of my confidential information, after 3 calls and numbers emails Discovery Bank has done NOTHING!!! I've asked to cancel the card, nothing done. You download the app to try and fix it yourself, you are not a client, absolutely pathetic. Cancel my card, I do not want to give you my business!
I have requested to open a second bank account now since beginning Feb to no avail. I contacted Lauren Solomon at the Tyger Manor branch. No return of message or call since 2 March even with a follow-up email. I then phoned the call centre as Lauren can not be asked to reply, was then told by the call centre I may not phone in to do it, I have to send a secure message. I have sent the secure message. Joanne Eksteen advised I must do it on the Standard Bank App, it doesn't work, I have sent 2 messages and no reply at all. The service is absolutely shocking by these individuals. It is a basic service that is requested I believe. An institute that has no problem taking your funds every month for 'service'. Please advise if you are going to help me sort this out or if I can move my funds to a bank with employees that do care to provide service.
You have a dress on your website, not available in Cape Town, possibly in Johannesburg. I phoned the number on the website 7 times to speak to the ladies department. Each time to be disconnected after being put through. The Cape Town store couldn't assist either to establish whether Johannesburg has stock - how in this day and age?? I sent an email and no response at all!! What will it take for customer service??
