Read this before accepting a quote- If not then at your own peril!
I seriously want to warn anyone who wants to deal with them, please re-consider. They wil give you a great price to beat the competitors at your home, seeing everything you need transported. Then when the truck arrives only 3/4's fit into the truck and while you on the road to your destination then you are held to ransom to pay double the amount again until delivery knowing well that you cannot cancel and stuck in a 20/20 situation, If any of you think that that was just incidental think again, promised them that what they saw is what they take. I would not add anything. They were also the company I entrusted to send my dogs down by air. Well guess what? Yes, you guessed it, held to ransom again for double my initial quote. He was a pastor and believed him, this is a classical wolf in sheep clothing. Please don't think that you can just get your money back, oh no, not that easy. I have been to the Commissioner and back and everyone you can think of to no avail. I just want to forewarn you if you proceed then at your own peril. I have forgiven them and moved on, just dont want you to fall in the same trap.

Telephone Line down since mid October 2015
We had our first thunderstorm in the East Rand in mid October 2015. Our telephone line was knocked out, although the ADSL line was still working at a very reduced speed. Even now it's running at around 47KB/s instead of around 440KB/s our 4meg line. We logged our faults via Telkom's website as our line was down. Each time we log a call we get a notification that the fault was resolved but it has not, here are a few reference no's: 134CRK121015 dated 12/10/2015, 116CRK211115 dated 21/11/2015, 549CRK011215 dated 07/12/2015 and this is how its going on. Then last Tuesday the 8th Dec 15 we receive a call from a Technician that he was coming out, we are still wafting for him. On our last inquiry today the 12/12/2015 at 10210 we heard they were coming on Tuesday, that has already passed. I could not use my phone now for nearly 2 months and I can hardly open a webpage. Does anybody have an alternative to Telkom?
