Been a Caseware User for 21 years. The past 2 years the support service has been terrible. The call centre is bad. It used to be so good. It's a shame. The staff sound like they're having a party in the background and their knowledge is limited. It's frustrating trying to solve a problem. Even renewing licenses is frustrating and there are mistakes on the renewals. I have 6. Caseware used to be heroes for Accountants in practice.
Telkom is the WORST company that i have ever had to deal with. WORST After being a client for almost 8 years i decided to replace ADSL with LTE. After cancelling the ADSL i noticed that i was now being billed for both LTE and ADSL. Then when i tried cancelling my ADSL again they cancelled my landline service too. For more than 2 weeks i couldn't make calls. After initially telling me that there was a fault on my line they then changed the tune to say that i had cancelled my own service. I did it online and definately did not cancel LTE or landline. Its been more than a month now and still i've had no help. My services are now cancelled. Its been an admin nightmare - definately get someone else DO NOT USE TELKOM. They are nicknamed HELLCOM for a reason
