On the 15 of of November we had the pleasure of dining at this establishment for a group of 25 colleagues. The service was ok. Paid the bill. Later to find they had overcharged us by a little over R500 Enquired with the restaurant only to be told they can't see any error from their side. It's really disappointing as we have receipts that show we were overcharged but to them it's a mystery.
I've never had to complain about the service from standard bank. I've been going on about how happy I am with them But to charge R100 "in the name of honoring fee" for one missed debit order, which I paid for the next day, is ridiculous and never happened before. A couple of months back they double charged me for transactions and blamed the stores. We can barely breathe in this economy, it's really not fair on us. Are the services we are getting in south Africa running us into poverty, not even debt but poverty. I've missed a debit order before but no ways... This is on another level
On the 17th of December I posted a complain to which the only response I received was someone will get back to me. Till this day no has and the laptop in question has gone back to repairs again. It is really disappointing <br> <br> Reference no. 1812150398/GO<br> <br> I would like to commend the only person who has taken his time to assist me. Themba from CNA Southgate has been very efficient at his job and keeps me updated. Hope he gets the recognition
I purchased a Lenovo laptop on the 14/10/15 at CNA Vaal mall and feel Edcon should train their stuff on the terms of repairing their devices as I encountered problems with the laptop a day after I bought it and I was referred to Lenovo, which they claim they fixed. I had to deal with their supplier's (Lenovo) unfair terms and conditions on repairs which I feel I should've been told in order to make an informed decision when purchasing from CNA store. It is unprofessional and reflects badly on your stores as I have to use a laptop I am not sure will give me further problems because your policy says you don't have a return policy on this laptop. Which is unfair in terms of damaged products. Now I'm informed I can't insure it because I should have enrolled for insurance on the same as day I purchased which the consultant failed to tell me and now it is too late, I'm told.Your response in this matter is highly appreciated.
