God forbid you do a Combo deal upgrade with Cell C!!! I did an update on 30 April 2021 - with Bryson. At the time the Samsung 20FE (mint) was available and in stock - Fantastic i was happy. But then we made it a combo deal and added an active 2 watch to it - which he told me there wasn't any in stock...i said no problem i will wait for it. He told me he couldn't send me the phone as it’s a combo and both the phone and watch needed to be sent together - i said no problem i understand. I called him a few days later to find out the progress on the watch - meanwhile reassuring me that the phone has been put aside FOR ME and they still waiting for the watch. Yesterday (13.05.2021), i called Cell C to speak to him which i was unable to as he was off work and off again today. So i spoke to a Thabogo yesterday...and to my SURPRISE found out that the watch was in stock (i was sooo happy yippy i was gonna get my goodies now)....to receive the news that the phone was no longer in stock....i said dont worry the phone has OBVIOUSLY been put aside because Bryson said so, and it makes sense to operate in a normal world and it's a combo deal and is waiting for the watch....To my shock and horror, i find out that “that's not how Cell C operates"....both phone and watch have to be there at the exact same time to be sent together because they don't keep the one product aside waiting for the second one?!?!?!?!?! Who operates like this, this will take a lifetime waiting for the exact phone and exact watch to be in stock at the same time... so I can get my upgrade!!!! So now, the watch is available...but guess guys… Cell C can’t keep it aside because the phone isn't there (the one that should have been put aside for me and where a normal organization would normally do that to ensure a flow of deliveries and happy clients)!! But no im back to square one with nothing…no watch no phone. Even the people in my office are laughing at me with the conversations I have had with Cell C. So, after being on the phone for +/- 1.5hours no one can help me - not upgrades dept, not follow up dept not deliveries dept and GUESS WHAT>>>> NOT EVEN THE RETENTIONS DEPARTMENT!!! hahahahaha what a joke. Someone better contact me and sort this out by the end of Monday 17.05.2021 I am NOT going to wait for both devices to be delivered to me at the same time, i gave you that chance when the phone was available and waiting for stock of the watch. You not going to play me like a fool now waiting for the phone without withholding a watch for me!! So, a watch better be delivered to me or on its way to me by the end of Monday. And you can send the phone whenever that comes in!!
Do yourself a favour and never use this company! If you need a garage door look for someone else. These people take your money (full payment btw) and keep you hanging on a prayer for a month without a word, dodging your emails calls etc. I started dealing with them on the 3.09.2019 its now the 4.10.2019!! They never reply to an email and they never call you back. It makes you wonder if they are a legitimate company? Because they run an establishment like this! Is not on an poor!! Especially when it comes to safety in this country a company like this should strive to work in a way for the safety of their clients and client that have paid them in full without blinking!! Socking! If you want to avoid aggravation and high blood pressure don't deal with them.
