Ticket #4fb5ekg36a After being informed on a time frame of 10days for my Fibre installation. I cancelled my current ISP. I'm now sitting at 40 + days and still waiting with no internet. No one can give me a time frame or feedback what the problem is. Honestly haven't experienced such bad service in a while.
Never in my life have I received such fantastic service in this country before. From the first phone call to the moment we collected our car I can't fault this place. Especially want to thank the two ladies at the front desk, their personalities, joy and service honestly made my day. They took my wife and I through every step even offering their personal MyCiti card at their own expense to ensure my wife had a way to get to work. In the end when we dropped of the car they had a vehicle waiting immediately to go to town.
