Maerua Mall FNB branch: With my FNB card, I tried depositing money into my own account, at your Maerua mall ATM, the deposit said error while being processed, then the atm gave me a receipt with error code T550. NOT RETURNING MY MONEY. So now i do not have my money, there is no notifications on my banking app and the error receipt says deposit unsuccessful. I immediately went into the branch and filled in a form with all details and copy of card/receipt/ID which the lady would send through to a dispute department. The audacity that the biggest bank in Namibia tells me it takes 5-7 working days to get my own money back due to a FAULT ON YOUR SIDE, is really just shocking. By now you should know if this ATM cash deposit option is working or not, doesn't help you keep saying “its in a trial stage”.... this is a inconvenience for me and not acceptable to keep happening. My suggestion: Service your ATM’s weekly or COMPLETELY REMOVE THIS CASH DEPOSIT AT ALL YOUR ATM’S... you have all these signs in the bank teller stating clients should “avoid the queues” and go deposit cash at ATM’s but then the ATM’s swallow the money, gives out an error receipt and the money is just gone. This is the second time this is happening in less than a year. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. This is not how a bank who works with peoples money should be operating.

<p>hi</p> <p> </p> <p>i was a beneficiary of a RA that paid out- I only received 1/3 cash and 2/3 was kept to provide me with a "pension" for a period of 10years..</p> <p> </p> <p>the monthly amount is so is so small that I can't do anything with it. So I want to cancel receiving this amount monthly and rather pay the extra admin costs to cancel the pension and pay out in cash.</p> <p> </p> <p>please provide me with information regarding this?</p> <p> </p> <p>thanks</p>
<p>Absolutely HORRIBLE! </p> <p>Would never suggest anyone to go here. </p> <p>Restaurant staff know nothing, for a restaurant and resort like this it's so horrible! Ladies at reception and restaurant entrance don't even greet, look up when speaking and they respond in one word answers!</p> <p>Definitely one of the worst experiences in Windhoek,Namibia! </p> <p>Please remove your 4 star symbol from your hotel/restaurant because it really is not even 1 star service or food! </p> <p>The place looks pretty but service and food is absolutely atrocious!! </p> <p>So disgusted. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p>I don't think I would ever have a Policy of any sorts with Sanlam and to be very forward and honest I wouldn't think anyone in their right mind would either. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sanlam 3months busy with a claim that all info and documents was supplied for in the first 2weeks.</p> <p>Finally as informed by Sanlam, the past week payment WAS SUPPOSED to be made to beneficiary (long after the due time) anyway- </p> <p>Today, 2days before Christmas, I get notification that technical errors for the<u><u> past 4 days</u> </u>have made it impossible to pay yet. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sanlam this is a disgrace to say the least. How does a MASSIVE company not have procedures in place for this!!!</p> <p>I'm sure all the employees who sit at the top were first in line to get their Christmas packages and salaries paid out to them without "technical errors". </p> <p> </p> <p>Dissappiontment does not even closely describe what I'm feeling right now. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want the money from my deceased family member, owed to me by Sanlam paid out by the end of today. <p>The Dep of Home Affairs should never have let VFS global deal with the visa applications, they should have pulled there act together and process all visas like other countries do! </p> <p> </p> <p>VFS is terrible! Contact details don't work. If you get through to someone the call gets dropped EVERYTIME! </p> <p> </p> <p>VFS = Unhelpful, incompetent, unreliable, unprofessional, overpriced and South Africa should not let their standards for Immigration be dragged through the mud like this' </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>disappointing</strong></p>
