Dear Legacy Resorts Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent interaction with Charlene, the Head of your Buying Department. I called her at 0118066877 to inquire about the process for registering a company in Legacy’s database as a supplier. Unfortunately, Charlene refused to acknowledge my request or provide any guidance. It appeared she was more focused on protecting her existing relationships rather than offering any support to new businesses. Additionally, her rude manner and boastful tone were quite insulting, which left a very negative impression of your organization. As a potential supplier, I believe that companies like ours contribute to your business’s success, and we should be treated with fairness and respect. I urge you to look into this matter and consider the importance of open and respectful communication when dealing with suppliers, existing or new. Thank you for your time and understanding

I made a booking well in advanced for an important meeting. Received a call from Trevor from Alto234 a day before saying that they cannot accommodate us because someone booked out the entire place. Really unprofessional!

Stayed that their centurion hotel (once/rwice a week for 5 weeks running , dont know if it can be listed as a hotel, as they have more internal loadshedding than eskom themselves. I asume eskom year end functions should be held there, they will feel much more positive than the distasteful situation South Africa find ourselves in. Their lotalty program is a ****, when first i joined i could not not use it on my first stay, second time they did not have any rooms left, so i had to take a excecutive suite, which is 400 more. Ao their goes my loyalty program, this week they could not use it as i made an online booking. Before i made payment i asked if they still have their internal power cuts, the friendly lady (sales lady) answered no. On my return at 3pm, they had power cuts, it 35 degrees outside and the hotel is completely filled, they dont had any answers only a typed letter under a door syaing sorry, the easy way out. If this is your state of your hotel, which is apauling, then aproach your clients, and offer some sort of compensation or discount, dont be more apauling than you are already. I moved over at 21.15pm to Anew Hotel, who have been like Newlands vs Centurion, their breakfast has been amazing. I am a great cricket *****, and your hotel have a lot to give. But your form have been like our national protea team, choking on who knows what. I have emailed their sweep it under the carpet manager Kamala, twice. No reply. Hence my review.

Very discriminatory attitude! They do not cater for Muslim clients (halaal). When I emailed, nobody bothered to acknowledge or respond to my email. At the reception, I got asked for stupid documents that have nothing to do with me or my stay.

Disgusted at the lies told by the staff of this so called 5 star hotel. I have a complimentary night since 2019 and since then I cannot use it because the manager keeps telling me it’s closed. My. Family had booked the hotel last week and they have stayed there but the manager emailed me stating it is still closed.

Catherine (Kwa Maritane Bush Lodge)from your reception absolutely horrible service on a Friday morning. Even after telling her that she is giving a guest bad manners she still continues, raises her voice at me and puts me through to reception when i had told her that i want to talk to her first. Upon arriving at reception, the staff there tell me they are indeed accepting guests for Saturday lunch, while Catherine had said they do not accept guests on a Saturday afternoon.

Upon arriving at reception, the staff there tell me they are indeed accepting guests for Saturday lunch, while Catherine had said they do not accept guests on a Saturday afternoon.
