Game claims Samsung is demanding payment for repairs and a release fee, even though the microwave was never sent to Samsung for service. Why are you ******ing money from me for an in-warranty repair?
Game is ******ing money from me for an in-warranty Samsung microwave I dropped off for repairs. The microwave was bought for R2000; however, the repair quote provided is R1800 and R350 if I reject the quote. None of this was disclosed at sale nor when I dropped off the microwave for repairs. The Samsung microwave is under warranty; however, I am being ******ed for money.

A Marriott Bonvoy social media admin just told me I don't deserve customer service because I'm asking about missing stays which have not been allocated to my profile because I am on a "free" rewards program. When I asked for the name of the individual responding, the keyboard warrior gave me silence. Anyway, apparently, I'm supposed to work for free for Marriott to ensure my stays are recorded because I am on a free program. I've stayed at your properties over 100 times, but a quarter of them aren't even on my account. So, because this program is "free," I'm expected to do Marriott's work for them. I'm considering cancelling my four upcoming bookings in October and switching to a competitor. It seems like Marriott doesn't value loyal customers or basic customer service for free. By the way, who is your fiercest rival? I'd like to take my business there and experience their customer service, even if it's through their free reward programs. Hotel stays are about comfort and experience, and now I have a sour taste in my mouth after this nasty interaction with your cheap, outsourced social media consultant, who I doubt works for free.
Signed up for a black Friday deal however the consultant activated the wrong deal. I complained about it and requested the recording however MTN refused. I'm being told that I have to pay a penalty fees for the contract to be corrected and that my deal will be cancelled and I must go to an MTN store to apply for a new one. What world does MTN think I live in? Without customers you're nothing!
Very discriminatory attitude! They do not cater for Muslim clients (halaal). When I emailed, nobody bothered to acknowledge or respond to my email. At the reception, I got asked for stupid documents that have nothing to do with me or my stay.
Most useless support consultants ever. Apparently, I have two accounts: one as a rider and the other as a driver. I am not a driver. The contact details that I need on my rider account are apparently already in use. I need my partner's account to be deleted. It's rocket science, apparently. Your consultants are the stupidest and most incompetent people I have ever interacted with!!!
Called in on Black Friday to cancel my contract. I was tricked by the consultant who said she has a deal for me which I won't be able to refuse and will call me following week. Two months later, no call back. Buch if liars and fraudsters working at Vodacom. It's not the first time I'm being lies to.
I received this SMS however I have not authorised any such stop order: "Standard Bank: Stop Order R80.00 MOBITRAC MOBITRAC15982; from Acc. 5644. 2022-12-21 Query?0860123107" I don't even know what or who Mobitrac is. I reported it to your Transactions Fraud email address and was told that this matter does not rest with them. Standard Bank always washes its hands off its responsibility without ever giving a solution! It's not the first time money has been stolen from my account.
