Gave birth via Csection on the 11 January 2024 and i just want to say my gynae Dr T Moagi is heaven on earth. Such pure brilliance. Before then I had been admitted for 2weeks due to low blood in November 2023 and I had an absolute amazing stay. My only issue is the lack of help, empathy and compassion from the night shift staff on the 12 January. My newborn cried so bad and they gave me no help, this with a fresh major operation the day before. And they were just sitting by front desk chatting. Please can the nurses be more compassionate to mums who have just gone through a hectic procedure of birthing a human being. My anesthesiologist on the day of my Csection was also as amazing. The entire operating staff was amazing. Bless them. I hope they get to read this please.

I cannot even begin to describe the utter most horrible experience I have experienced in dealing with PMD. The fact that I waited over two months for the mechanic to even start with the repairs on my car is alone not enough. When I finally got my car after much kicking and screaming there were a few items missing or damaged. Tools that I had kept in my car were nowhere to be found. Till today I have no idea were they are or who took them. The left hand back seat is for some odd reason loose The covering board of the spare wheel at the boot is not the correct one. It clearly shows that it is not meant for that particular spot. I could go and on and on and on and on
I submitted a claim and got a confirmation SMS that the claim has been approved yet the panelbeaters refuse with my car as they have not received any instruction from you. It has been almost a month now and still nothing from you guys. What seems to be the problem? Why do i need to struggle so much to get my claim paid for so i can get my car back from the panelbeaters? This is absolutely horrific.
I am still trying to figure out which is worse...the MTN Network coverage or the Customer Service Agents. I have been calling in the whole of today and I have not not received any form of help from the different agents I spoke to. Can anyone, someone at MTN be so kind and help me out!!!!!
