Really poor communication from the used car sales team. The salesman, Innocent, confirmed that a vehicle was available as we told him we’re coming from Jhb. We immediately drove for an hour to get there and upon arrival, we were told that the car was not available in the first place and the used car manager abruptly dismissed us. It was a really unpleasant experience. Will also complain to BMW on national level.
I have vouchers that are not working. I need to make an urgent booking. I send an email to travelstart 22 days ago and they haven't responded. Their WhatsApp doesn't get me through to an agent and their call centre has a waiting time of 30+ minutes to 70+ minutes. After waiting for a long while, the call just cuts. There is no way of talking to anyone there!!!!
Promotion codes were not working today. We trying different ones. None worked
We paid this company for prints about a month ago. He delivered prints with black spots on it. We requested reprints but he said he had a problem with his equipment and that he would refund us. He has been ducking us and has not refunded us to day. His registered address is Premier FMCG Head Office. I arrived there to possibly see him but they said that they are not aware of the existence of this company. I called him thereafter and he said that he operates from Joburg CBD and that he would refund against a refund form. He has ducked us to date. This is really unprofessional and pathetic!
Sportsmans warehouse started a sale today. I visited their website this morning and saw the HS Fitness home gym for sale. It was out of stock online. I subsequently called many stores in Gauteng and they confirmed that it's out of stock. I asked whether I could order it at the sales price and one of the salesman said that the sale is ending on 18th January and stock is only coming in towards end January so I can't get it at the sales price. What's the point of promoting an item that is sold out from the start?
We had flights booked with Travelstart from JHB to Mauritius for September 2020. We realised that we couldn't travel due to lockdown/COVID-19 so in May 2020 we started requesting a vouchers from Travelstart. On 19th May, I was informed that i'd receive vouchers. I didn't hear back from them and then on 26th May Anele from Travelstart said that I'd hear from their team within 24hrs. I kept e-mailing them but haven't heard from them ever since. I've had numerous calls, e-mails and online chats with Travelstart. It's now 6 months since my initial request and they don't seem to care. All they've done since the start was blame the airline. If that's the case, why do they even exist?
The airline has kept passengers in the shuttle bus with doors closed for over 15 minutes whilst they were getting the aircraft ready. The lack of ventilation was a problem due to COVID-19. In addition, the flight was delayed and none of the airline staff communicated with the passengers during the wait. Flight: 4Z747, 9th September 2020
