Hello, my name is Sandisiwe i took a dstv explora contract at ON AIR TV and it was suppose to be 24 months. I called the call contre to remind them that the contract was coming to an end on the last month. However they continued to bill me although the contract had ended , and it was been almost 6 months now. When i try to call them , they told me to contact the financial department. Upon calling the department they do not answer and they also not answering queries which is extremely unprofessional. I have called, sent out an email and sent them a massage on whatsapp but there is still no progress. With that being said the debit order is still ongoing they did not stop , they taking money whilst the contract has ended.
What an outstanding service ever! Thank you guys for an amazing service that i was granted. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone that might be in need of ur services. You are very professional and your customer service skills in on another level. Continue doing the great work.
What an excellent services I was given by Xolile, Nqobile, Momole from Ooba home loans. I have never thought that I could qualify to own any property but because of this team I have house under my name. They go extra mile in making sure that an individual understand the whole process, more specifically when you are a first time buyer. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking to buy a property or who would like to know if they would qualify should they be interested.
I hired a car +/-month ago 21November 2019 till the 25th November 2019,which was return in a good condition as requested. I was told my deposit was going to be deposited in my account 3-5 working days. No money has yet been payed back from the company. Ive been phoning after them continuesly with different answers. It's been weeks and the company is giving me the run around. Very unprofessional but yet my money was good enough to take but not enough to pay it back.
My 47 inch Sony Plasma TV that I bought from ok furniture went for a repair on the 28 Nov 15, they told me that the TV is still under warranty and it is insured, so they will be able to fix it and it will be ready in 2 weeks time and I have been with out TV ever since and when I speak to the manager he is telling me different story every time which is so unfair of him. Cause now my kids do not have a TV. I am so furious at this furniture shop and it so disappointing cause I have bought all my furniture from them but their service Is very bad.
