RAM COURIERS - PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM - THEY ARE USELESS!!!!

ABSOLUTE SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I have been trying to get a parcel from them for the past week. The driver keeps on telling the call centre that they cannot trace me and that my phone number also does not exist. Complete nonsense. They are the most unreliable, *********** company that I have ever dealt with.

WOODLANDS DAY SPA TREATMENT ENDED IN DISASTER

Upon arrival at Woodlands Day Spa, we were told to put handbags and clothing into our own private lockers which could be locked and keys taken with us while being treated. When we eventually got back to the lockers, my friends clothing were not in it!! The key was with her at all times and we witnessed that she locked the locker when we left for our treatments. We searched everywhere but soon realized that her clothing, handbag, shoes and accessories were taken from that locker and either stolen or moved. This was reported immediately and the frantic search began. Two of the staff members assisted and a random key was used to unlock some of the lockers. This key did not work on all lockers, but definitely unlocked some of the lockers there. Why are we issued with keys then if one key is used for more than one locker? Anyway, after about an hour we found all of my friend's belongings in a completely different locker. Who the hell moved it? We paid IN FULL and left with an apology. We just feel that a day that was supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable should not have ended like it did. A cup of coffee with a proper apology would have made the world of difference!!!!
