If you want peace of mind, don't ever buy from these guys, they sell broken cars and refuse to refund you when you go back to them. I bought a car cash and not even a week went by and the car was damaged. Useless dealership Don't waste time with them. Dont even deserve a star
@Telkom i am a frustrated highly angry client, i signed up for your Uncappes LTE service at the end of July however for 2 months i cannot use the LTE due to terrible speeds which does not even reach 1 MEG, on the 2nd of September 2018 i took the device for testing at the centurion mall shop whereby they tested and agreed that something is wrong and that they will log a ticket for this query which they did and now 2 weeks down and still no1 bothered to call me or resolved my issue, this is the 2nd month that i am paying R1000 for a service i cannot use and Telkom does not bother calling me back, i have to call in hold for 40 minutes before some incompentent agent answers and still does not give me resolution. @Telkom if you cannot provide me with the service please cancell my contract immediately and i am highly highly frustrated, if this is not resolved today i am putting a stop order on my contract. I dont care what happens thereafter.
I have a 5 month old samsung Note 4 which continuosly switches off ..I have booked the phone in twice with no joy and im left frustrated as i cannot use a R10000 device which suppose to be state of the art...Logged a complaint with Samsung yesterday 22/12/2015 and till now no1 bothered calling to sort my issue out. I took the device whilst in holiday to a PE samsung repair centre only to be told tue technician is not there and they do not have parts.... I am left highly frustrated with no1 willing to help sort this damn issue out.. I feel like throwing the device away as i am not able to use it...People please think twice when buying a Samsung Device...Frustrated Samsung User
