Disgusting service and scanners
I am horrified that I didn’t check hello Peter before I ordered takkies for my daughter. As another message says mid November I ordered and haven’t heard a peep…I email them daily. Surely someone has a contact number for them…we need to take action again against them I am happy to have our company do it (lawyers)

I just want to cry and cry
I am at my wits end with Telkom I have never ever experienced so many areas of work needed by one company!! <br> Last week I went into the Liberty Midlands mall Telkom for assistance with my ADSL line, after a 45 minute queue (I was second in line) without a grumble or main I left and then I started the fun part of calling Telkom!!!! Tonight was the limit - today I have spoken to Telkom call centre agents 3 times - they have helped in so far as they can - but the last one I was on the line waiting (apparently the voice over suggests it's a once off that there are high call volumes) 45 minutes of waiting I start the process of trying to reset Internet as its not working at all!!!! To be asked to speak to my husband who is the account holder (3 calls today not one asked me) he is not here - I used to be and some how am not the secondary account holder and this lady apparently cannot help me reset my internet!!! I have had enough - another night my sons can't do school projects !!!! What on earth!!!!! And to see on hello Peter how many complaints surely it's a sign there is a problem!!

Damaged parcel & wrong item
I placed an order with simplicity online on 9th December for a MECCANO EVOLUTION MOTORISED HELICOPTER that was on sale - not only did the parcel only arrive on the 22nd December - having been told it was on its way days ago, it arrived in a crushed box with the delivery seal open and stuck to the box and to make it worse the item is not the above mentioned!!! Some cheap alternative!! Now I have spent 2 days trying to contact simplicity to have no response their phones are off... And no response the the \contact us form"I submitted.<br> Now tomorrow what is the expectation for my sons Christmas present??? """
