I am expecting a refund from gautrain and was told it will take 3-5 days and still no communication. I completed my forms at the Rosebank station and had three transactions charged on my card which I am supposed to be refunded for but no money is showing in my bank. I have sent messages on Facebook but have not received feedback. My form number is B12798
I ordered stuff online this is second time in a row ordering things out of stock. They refunded on my club card which is a big inconvenience as I needed the item urgently which is out of stock yet showing as available online. I was also refunded less amount than what I spent. I would rather order from a reliable company that never disappoints

I continue to be charged for DSTV I am not using and I keep on getting charged for a service I am not using. Everytime I contact them the people put me on endless hold and they say they are checking the system and put me on endless hold. I want to cancel my subscription
I ordered items online on the 50% promotion that went missing. After going backwards and forward with no help I spoke to a gentleman who escalated the query. I have been in communication with a call center by the name of Bonile Mafuya who responds when he feels like it. I need to resolve this urgently but there seem to be no urgency to my request
I have been fighting with a company about duplications only to realize that ABSA has been keeping my money for the past two weeks. I bought stuff online and their EFT declined twice yet the money was still deducted from my account. I have been fighting with the company now thinking they have been keeping my money just to find out ABSA wants me to call them and yet i spent more than 10 minutes on a telephone banking which i was charged for trying to reverse these transactions. I have been banking with ABSA for some time and i am sooo disappointed.
I have a policy which i never applied for and everytime i call them the moment i mention please cancel the policy they drop the call in my ear. One lady told me i have a policy i pay R60 and yet they have been deducting R109. Please cancel this policy. I can share times of both phone calls since your calls are recorded. I bought work groceries 3 weeks back and got an sms saying was dispatched 3 weeks still BUT HASNTS REACHED MY OFFICE AS YET no delivery. i have phoned numerous times # MAKRO STOP ONLINE ORDERS IF YOU CANNOT MANAGE IT. I applied for a loan and I was under the impression that I would get a quick processing. I got an email to confirm that the loan had been approved but upuntil now no response from anyone from the bank. I bank with Standard bank and I want to use the loan amount urgently but this is now proving to be a very long process
I ma an unhappy customer who bought items online only to realise half of the items is out of stock. I feel unhappy because these are sell items online so how is it possible that half of the items is out of stock and you do not offer substitutes.
