I oder pants in Oct 2022, every ime i follow up they blame suppliers. Its now April 2023 still no stock WORST COMPANY EVER Avoid aviod at all cost
When the booking was made with me, I confirmed and double checked that the correct windscreen had to be ordered. I clearly mentioned the car model and stipulated the car has got all the feature sensors/camera., just to be laughed off and said the correct windscreen will be ordered. WELL guess what wrong windscreen. I noticed that this one of King Price preferred suppliers, Maybe KP must relook and find better supplier
Went to fetch a new Credit Card, Asked the lady, "is all my personal details correct, FICA? Do I need to take action? = No sir, everything is in order. Check online nope I am not. Submit documents, 5 days ago still they asking for the same documents. My new credit card also not activated
Wish it was possible to go minus start, ordered replacement parts for my headphones, simple product. Order placed, 11 Jan, had no update from them. Made inquiry. Feedback .on the 19th Jan this feedback received "Hi Gavin, apologies for not coming back to you yet. I have been waiting to hear from the warehouse. We are experiencing some major delays as they have only just recently re opened for the new year. As soon as I have feedback I will get in touch with you, but I have followed up again now. " On 26 Jan no feedback yet. Please don't use them unless you want to loose money
I deposit via a credit card and the money still not showing in my account . I email support and all they telling me is to re send the conformation of the eft. The more I tell them it was a credit card transaction there is not proof of payment done the less they are interested.<br> <br> I send the at least 5 emails asking them and telling them the same story.<br> <br> I will not recommend them.
