Worst Carrier in the Industry
The most unorganized company in the industry of transporting cars. My vehicle was dropped off on 23 July at the Capetown depot and to date all I keep hearing is that the vehicle will be sent today or tomorrow. The vehicle remained in Cpt for 3 days due to insufficient load for the carrier until it was transported to Port Elizabeth on Friday 26 July under false pretense that it will then continue to Johannesburg and it never did. The vehicle has been in Port Elizabeth for the past 5 days now. Had the vehicle remained in Capetown and not been sent through Pe, chances are it would have reached Johannesburg already. So much for advertising on your website "Move your vehicle from Capetown to Johannesburg within 3 days....Carrier departs from Cape Town every Monday". I am very interested to see the condition that my vehicle arrives to Johannesburg in and I will be requesting a report from Tracker on its activity over the past week. The level of frustration, inconvenience and added cost this has created for me is ludicrous. Driving the vehicle from Cpt to Johannesburg myself would have been cheaper and much more efficient.

Woolworths Food- Worm Found
I visited the Woolworths Food Department yesterday at Forest Hill Mall with my wife.<br> She wanted to purchase some vegetables for Dinner.<br> On our arrival home as she was about to prepare dinner she found a worm inside a sealed packet of \Green vegetable Medley". Apparently this was already \""Washed and Ready to Cook\"" as depicted on the packaging....clearly not the case. Very disappointed in Woolworths Food."""

Poor Customer Service & Unskilled Employees
I visited the Telkom Mobile Store in Centurion Mall as my contract was due for an upgrade.<br> I wanted to discuss the upgrade options available & the lady in store appeared rather uninterested.<br> She approached me with a bad attitude, frowning, hand holding her head & covering her left eye.<br> We greeted, I explained my requirements, she turned to the pc and started clicking away. No response to me or form of acknowledgement for my requirements, i had to ask if she actually heard me or not. The response i received was quite appalling as she now looks at me with evil eyes added to the huge frown she already had when she greeted me & said \I am checking". Totally uninterested as she was"
