Woolworths Dash
Placed a WW Dash order on the 25th of February and cancelled the order because a few of the products were not in stock. It is now the 26th of March & I still have not received my refund. Not impressed and will make me think twice before I use this WW feature again. It simply cannot take over a month to refund a customer.

Standard Bank Longbeach Mall
Excellent service from Standard Bank, Longbeach Mall, in particular the Manager, Nisha (apologies I didn’t take her full name down). Friendly & efficient, it can’t be easy dealing with the public who can be rude and demanding at the best of times. Keep it up young lady!

Damaged Pendant
My partner bought me a beautiful amethyst pendant/necklace from Harris D'Arcy Jewellers on 03.01.16. I couldn't wait to try the necklace on as i have always wanted something like this and was so dissapointed when i looked in the mirror and noticed that 4 little stones were missing. We agreed that we would return the necklace to the Jeweller to swop for another pendant as they had two in the window. My partner returned to the jeweller today, 05.01.2016 and was accused by the owner's son of damaging and bending the pendant that is why the stones fell out!! My partner was so angry and couldn't believe what he was hearing, I phoned the jeweller to find out what was happening &
