Amazing Service from this Consultant
What an amazing service i got from this employee. This was the greatest experience i ever had in a bank. This guy needs to get a bigger office or be promoted to manager. What a great employee Shaan Lee is. I came in the bank neeeding urgent help with my current personal loan and didn't realise the branch i visited needed me to book a timeslot but Shaan Lee(Rondebosch Branch - Cape Town) assisted me with no hesitation. Thank you very much Shaan Lee for an amazing service today - This is why i have been banking with ABSA for so long because of such amazing employees.

Execptional Service from Thobani Mahlanga through Miway Chat Service
<p>I received exceptional service from Thobani this morning when i was adding short fall cover to my vehicle. there was a discrepancy with the total when adding this to my policy which was fixted by Thobani's manager in 5 minutes. Thank :) Keep up the good work. </p>

SoundLab Racist Assholes
I installed a StarSound Amp in my vehicle and 12\ Subwoofer in my grey POLO Vivo and it had interference noise.<br> I took my vehicle to Soundlab after calling in the morning and they said i should come at 2pm i arrived there and talked to a short coloured guy<br> and said will help me after he is done. i waited a whole f***en hour there and told me he cant help me because it is too late after waiting an hour and said i must come in tomrrow.<br> I try calling in and everytime i want to talkt ohim he is in the toilet. Those assholes are racist and think becuase i am black i cant pay them to fix my sound system. Stupid F****en asshole. <br> i will never recommend anyone to come to visit your store u racist assholes. Bunch of racist pigs. i wish your store breaks down and you burn with it."

An Most Exceptional Consultant
I have an insurance policy with MiWay which i was about to cancel as i have bought a new vehicle and traded in my old one which was insured under MiWay. Nomsa convinced me to keep my insurance policy with MiWay and went the extra mile to get me a good deal - going as far as transferring me to a senior consultant. Acquiring insurance for my new vehicle was a tiring activity but Nomsa made everything simple for me :) She also got me a tracker with a reasonable premium. Im a Happy MiWay customer. I hope i have an everlasting engagement with MiWay Insurance. BIG UP to Nomsa for going an Extra Mile, she's an employee to keep. :) I will be getting insurance for my cellphone soon and i will ask to speak to Nomsa directly as she has a friendly attitude and gives the best advice.
