I am beyond enraged! After many meetings over more than a year, and checking their reviews etc. I appointed SA Relocations to store my goods pending shipping to Australia. It’s been more than a month since they collected my goods and I contacted Stephen to find out when I must start paying for storage. No such email, no reply to WhatsApp. I have to learn from Hello Peter that the company has closed down. What appalling behaviour! Not a word to customers!

My shopping experience itself was fine - I’d never used this retailer before but they had the product I wanted at a good price and I saw some good reviews so decided to take a chance. Their communication was fine and the product arrived in good time. I tested the camera and it worked for one day; now won’t work. So sadly I will be returning it.
I recently had to return an item to Cielo (bed was too big for my tiny guest room) and Tarah from their Customer Service department was amazing - prompt and efficient service and regular communication throughout the process. Service like this is rare!
Warning: Terrible roads We have just spent most of the long weekend in Dinokeng game reserve It was our first visit and we were keen to see what was there We read their website and saw they have the Self-Drive route and it said this ‘most of which is suitable to sedan vehicles’’ So we went in our sedan and bought a 3-day Self-Drive permit. Before we even went on any of the self-drive routes, we were HORRIFIED at the state of the main road to our lodge, Foreva Wild – the De Wagendrift Road. We have NEVER been on such a bad road ever – and we are in our late sixties/mid seventies and have been all over South Africa. That road was so bad we did not dare to tackle any of the self-drive routes and we even cancelled visits to other lodges for dinners which we had pre-booked. We decided to leave early because we were unable to enjoy game drives or game viewing and then disaster! We hit an unseen deep gully on that same De Wagendrift Road soon after leaving the lodge and the car was so badly damaged that we had to call a tow truck and wait 3 hours on the road for it to come. Now we have been quoted many thousands of rands to fix the damage to the car. So our pleasant, relaxing weekend in the bush was very unpleasant and is going to cost us a lot of money. Dinokeng need to be honest on their website and say that the roads – all of them – are suitable ONLY FOR 4 x 4 vehicles Better still fix them! If they want to attract visitors - they need local visitors now more than ever, surely?
I am totally fed up with MTN! First they double charged me for insurance, (failed to fully inform me of correct process) now I'm trying to resolve a data bundle issue and getting the runaround from 808 - keeps cutting me off, and much delayed responses to my emails which either contain no useful solutions or refer me back to 808!!!<br> Recently I upgraded so unfortunately have a new contract but will do all I can to get out of it!
