This would be my second complaint for the same claim. Sanele Ngidi has no cooking glue on what he doing!! My car was given back without the wind screen fixed because Sanele Ngidi did not put the claim through. My first complaint Sanele also delayed my car from being fixed. Why is this guy even still working for you guys if he cant do his job????? Iam very very angry at this insurance. Please people dont sign up with this insurance they have no idea how to treat their clients!!!
Below is an email sent to Discovery Insurance the worst Insurance ever!! from the assessor team from the insurance agents are all useless!! This has been dragging for 3 weeks now. Can you advise why in the world it is taking you guys forever to get back to the service provider? Why is it that you guys keep on giving him a hard time when he explains to you what part the car needs? Why are you people delaying? Why do we as the client keep on running after you people's back sides? tell me!!! I'm very very upset and disappointed by this ridiculous service we are receiving from you guys!! Why!! My car is standing because of you people!! why when the service provider tell you guys what car the parts need you come with excuses and give him the run around and another thing what the hell is going on with the extension of the courtesy car period why do we keep having to phone after you guys to extend the period because your damn agents are too *********** to update it on the system. We received a call from Avis on a Saturday informing us that they received no communication from the insurance to extend the courtesy car usage period!! When i spoke to Sanele he confirmed that the period for the car usage was extended yet it was not done. My car was supposed to be back already next week but thanks to you guys for delaying this so that we won't have our car back. Now tell me what year is this issue going to resolve, tell me ? What's going to happen with the courtesy car because we need our car to be fixed. It's just standing thanks to you guys. We need a car. I'm now extremely angry, very angry!!! We give information to your agents they don't know of coming back to us either nor capturing the information. I'm now taking this to the media. You will find yourself reported on Hello Peter!!!

My husband's grandfather was treated very bad for two weeks. They kept saying the doctor will call but no one called. He wanted to fetch his grandfather the 13/08/2021 Friday but instead he got chased away. The weekend went by and still heard nothing from them. We went back on the 16/08/2021 and to fetch him and when he got there his grandfather has bruises on his body , he had lost so much weight, his grandfather was in alot of pain and he had a terrible sore on his foot which he had never had before. My husband also said the hospital is dirty , the staff is rude , lights flickering and hospital is in such a bad state , some of the patients seems like we're abandoned, other patients were screaming for help and beinh ignored. When we brought the old man home he couldn't even walk , they made him wear the same ****** hospital for two weeks, the bedding looked like it was not change as well as there were blood stains and he was not bleeding at all so that ****** bedding must of been from other patients. When he got home he such in a bad state he was speaking all mixed up , he kept saying he is in pain. Sadly on Wednesday 18th August 2021 he passed away. I believe they treated him very bad and abused him. This hospital is disgusting and want justice for how they treated. He was in a worse condition when he got home , he was not like that before, he never had so much pain and all those bruises on his body , what were they doing to him ??. So hellopeter I'm challenging you to do something about this. How dare this hospital to do this!!! How do you run a hospital like that. Doctors and staff took an oath!
For the past three weeks Gautrain services has been inconvienant. Their trains has been giving operational issues lately and that causes myself and the other passengers to be late for work. I mean already i spend so much on using the Gautrain and do not need this kind of service. I would strongly suggest Gautrain to service their trains more on a regular basis.
