Bad customer Service & false advertising
I saw 4x4 seat covers advertise on the Midas Website for R329, went to Midas Alberton, the price was over R500, they told me it is an online order only, registered on the website to buy, but there is no button to click to buy, and no where on the website does it say it is online only. Then went to Germiston, they had the same seat covers for R400, and got told the same story, then got told i must go to Head office in Linbro Park, when we got there, they told me that spares has moved to Jetpark. After driving my Diesel out between 2 branches and head office, i got fed up. I think this is real bad advertising as a supplier, and also not checking what is going on in their branches. Got the same seat covers (front & back) for R649 at Leroy Merlin online. Will never buy from Midas again, and will not recommend anybody to buy anything there.

Bad attitude towards customers from manager, waiting 2 hours for food. Not the 1st time, but the 3rd and last time.
