I went at Spar Pineslopes in Fourwars and bought Peaches. Their fridges lights at the time were switched off so it was dark. When i got home, my two year old son ate the peaches. we then noticed that the peaches were actually rotten and had Moths insects moving inside. the next day my son had an upset stomach and diarrhea. we took him to the doctor and were told it was something he ate that upset his stomach. he got medication and treatment an two days later he was better. I then reported this to Spar that they should also consider reimbursing me on medical costs as they were unplanned and their fault basically. I never got any repsonse from them, they never even bothered to call and follow up on rending me for the peaches. I then spoke to the Store Manager Casper De Bruyn, who was totally useless and all he cared about was to protect the brand of Spar. I spoke to him about CPA that clearly states our rights as consumers on good quality goods and compliance on Health and safety regulations. It is clear Spar does not practice any of these as they have rotten goods they so proud selling to consumers and they turn around and d=say maybe it was not the Peaches that caused the diarrhea on my son. I have the pictures of all the rotten fruits and from their fridges everything was rotten. The way he treated my situation is totally different from how a white customer would be treated. I had to call them, go to their store send emails but nothing helpful from their end. as of this point i am not even refunded for the rotten peaches i returned to their store the following day. this is taking advantage of people and they don't want to take any form of accountability about their unacceptable Health standards. If you are a black person and buys at Spar and something happens to you, they will say maybe its not their fault and you will be left in the dessert. Casper showed signs of being irritated by me by raising his voice to me and actually said there is nothing i can do for you, I will rather have someone from head-office call you to discuss further. as a manager he should try by all means to be calm and actually assist me, but he did not. I then decided to share my experience just to have a voice on how we still suffer as black people in equality treatment as it is clearly the case at Spar Pineslopes.

=I have taken a car with them with a Rent to Buy option. There was an issue last year November where one of their administrators made a mistake in my account and the car was not paid that month. NFC now have taken their car and still the debit orders they are still deducting. I have received a ****ty service with them all along and they are crooks. Reading their contract now, there is no where where it says the car will be mine after the contract, they will take your car and you will be left stranded and they don't care. This was also confirmed by their collection department that they a crooking people and milk customers for money, only because your credit is not up to acceptable terms with Finance companies or banks they take advantage. If you already have a deal with them, you are *****ed, if you are looking to be in a deal with them please run away for your Life to these bunch of unethical scumbags. its a friendly warning people look at their reviews, people have been knocked and manipulated and paid lots of monies
We recently bought a BMW in a few months back, it gave us an issue and we took it in at Leo Haeee Haval Hartfield as they have their inhouse workshop. There is a warranty covering the fault in the car, but the way I was treated was like dirt. I was there for more than 4 hours and no update on what's the progress with the car, when i asked one guy called Quinton he lost it with me and banged my car door and said he won't help anymore, reported this to his manager he also just brushed averything off and told me to just back off and respect their processes. After buying a car from them now it seems like a one night stand they don't give a **** about us the deal is over f%&k off. This was humiliating because I come from a customer service space. Two white managers made me feel like a stupid black customer, but when the other white customers are looking for answers an updates on their cars they are waiting for just like me , are given the outmost respect and attention. I will keep on spreading this unacceptable treatment to all platforms until I am heard. We are equal customers as the white ones our mineybisbthe same except for skin colour and that shouldn't be the deciding factor on treating us like sh&t. Damelin Online is currently running a scam. I registered for a Labour Relations Course and i was taken through every detail. I indicated to the lady who was assisting her name is Balungile Ngcobo, that I will alert them when I am ready to continue with the course as i was also expected to pay a deposit to start getting study material. I never paid the deposit because i count not continue with the course as my Father passed away in the Eastern Cape. on the 25th June 2021 Damelin debited my account without my consent. They even sent a debit mandate that i did not accept but they continued to debit my account anyways. I called everyone at Damelin and i was sent from pillar to post and no one seems to want to help get my money back, Even managers/supervisors by the names of Nomvula Mzulwini, Kimara Appalsamy and Nokuphila Mjoli, they all came as if they care but actually showed me a finger. This si not the first time this happens as my fiend also went through the same. I still need my money, I am not going to let these scammers take my money. I want to warn you South Africa, you want to study dont ever make the mistake i have done and go to Damelin. they are crooks
A white lady was gambling on a machine I liked in the smoking area at the casino. it was noisy as people are winning and drinking. I was standing behind the lady waiting for her to finish as liked the machine. she then said 'stop making noise you fucking monkeys'. we called a security guard but things turned on us when the security guard started pushing me around and said 'I am not allowed to stand near the lady as she is complaining now. I tried to explain that she is the one to be reprimanded because of her racism comment. the head of security then man handled me and my wife, and we were thrown out of the casino. the security did not even want to listen to us, he said we should leave the white lady in peace.
