Please stop cold calling people after 5pm. This is ridiculous. Please remove me from your database.
I received an ams on the 6th of January stating that I had used my entire 5GIG data bundle. I immediately called Vodacom to have this investigated as I most definitely did not use 5 GIGS of data in 6 days. I logged the complaint with a call centre agent who stated that Vodacom would get back to me in 24 hours. <br> THEY DID NOT.<br> I waited a day and then called back only to be told the system was offline. I further discovered that my bill for this data line is R1758 which is another impossible situation as I barely used the internet in the first 6 days of the month so I certainly could NOT have used a 5gig data bundle and R1758 worth of data. The agent said to try Vodacom all day to see when they are back online. <br> I called today [11 JAN] to folow up only to be told that they are offline again and was promised by the agent that he would call me back when they came online again.<br> <br> THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I cannot keep calling Vodacom all day everyday. This poor level of service makes me want to cancel my contract with Vodacom and select a more reliable supplier.
