The worst service ever, i am trying to get them to collect my return for over a week. Everyday they send a message collection is scheduled for the next day and nobody comes to collect. A lady even called me saying they at the gate and nobody was at the gate, they are ****s , DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TAKE A LOT , once they got your money they do not bother about you. When u call the customer centre they say the managers are always busy and they will get back to me , not once did any manager call me back , This is Pathethic
Worst experience ever with Vodacom Fibre, I received a call on Saturday from Minenhle from vodacom fibre.. I accepted the fibre deal.. Today I am following up with the Fibre team and nobody can assist me.. I spoke to Sandile.. Siyabonga.. Edward.. Neliswa.. All useless... I left messages for the manager to contact me so many times.. I am stil awaiting.. This is the worst service I got from any service provider
I purchased a sebago from men's shoe centre about June last year..I use the shoe about 2 times a week...In November 1 of the laces snapped while I was tyng the shoe...I've been using sebagos for the past 15 years and not once did that happen to me...They picked up the shoe in November 2015..I had to phne them today and now they want to replace the shoe lace and send it to me...I want a new shoe as 1 of the reps by the name of Carl told me it was a reject lace on the shoe...so it can also be a reject shoe...I wil never advise anyone to buy a sebago from men's shoe centre as the quality is terrible.
