How sad is this that Netflix can't make a flim these days without using the Lord's name in vain / blasphemy (Jesus Christ / Christ)? Sadly also Netflix do not have a method to take out the swear words, like DSTV.
I do see why Truworths credit control even needs to get 1 star. It is a year later and still I am getting sms's regarding an account that is not mine. I am "gatvol" for this company that can't do their job and now I have to be harass for it. Last time someone said they will take my cellphone nr off their system, but this just helps for a few months and then it happens again. This will be the last shop that I will buy from in the future.
My cellphone nr is used by Mrs Mmamotsana Ranhlakgwe to open a Truworths account (Identity). Truworths credit control department did not check this, therefore Mmamotsana buys on credit and dissappear and I am receiving all the sms's and calls. I have let Truworths knows a few times that they have the wrong number, but they just do not stop phoning and sending sms. I have blocked the number, but then they just send it through with another number. But the most wonderful thing of all, they still send out sales sms to her (or rather me) and she has a overdue account. How terrible can a credit control department be. I am writing this as they promised me they will phone me back to sort this out and I am still waiting.
How bad is Truworths credit control? I am getting every day a sms from Truworths for outstanding amount that is overdue, but this is not me with the outstanding amount, but Mmamotsana that use my cellphone nr when she opened the Truworths account. Don't they check the number or any details before they open an account. I have phoned them numerous times that they must take my number off as this message don't reach Mmamotsana, but their reason is then they don't have a contact number. BUT IT IS NOT HER NUMBER!!! Further Truworths is still sending Mmamotsana sms of sales they have, to probably let her going deeper in overdue on her account. Luckily SHE IS NOT GETTING THIS SMS EITHER, as I am getting this too!!! I am blocking the whole time the numbers, but it seems then they just getting another number.
Finrite insurance is the underwriter of Vodacom cellphone contracts. I have requested when starting a new contract of two years that I do not want accidental insurance. This was added to my contract for 7 months. To try to cancel this is more or less impossible. They are keeping you on the line for at least 15 minutes, then most of the times you can't hear what they are saying especially their name the make sure you can't hear. I have phoned 3 times already to cancel the insurance: 1st time the phone was disconnect and the lady didn't even phone back; 2nd time I could make out the person's name is Barbara and she said I should receive a sms to confirm that the insurance is cancelled. After a week not receiving anything I phoned again. 3rd attempted I spoke to a male, again could not hear his name. Again he said a should receive an sms and if I don't I must phone again. I am again waiting for a week with no luck. Maybe Vocacom should rethink their connection with Finrite.
I made a appointment at Studio M in Durbanville, a week before the appointment date, with a Daddy Deal voucher and also said that I will use this voucher. 50 minutes before the appointment the owner phoned me to say that they cannot help me anymore. Is this how they treat their customers or is this just because of the vouchers? I am starting to wonder if these \suppliers"just use Daddy deals to make quick cash and have no attention to give a service to the ones that have vouchers. How short sighted as I could have become a new loyal customer."""
