We have visited Panarottis Pizza Pasta, at the Vaal Mall on numerous occasion and have found their service to be poor, customers are definitely not valued here. On New Years day we once again visited the restaurant only be once again disappointed. our waiter Toby showed disinterest, she took our drinks orders without noting same down - she came back 5 times to reconfirm the orders. The manager Hansie too our meal orders - this was once again reconfirmed by Toby again without noting same down. It took almost 2 hours for the meals to arrive - my dad's order was incorrect and taken back to be fixed- the pizza did not come . We were almost done eating when my dad's meal arrive - rather frustrated at the time we sent the meal back. We informed Hansie of the bad service we received from Toby but he didn't show any interest at all. The other thing is that other patrons arrived after us however received their meals before us. Toby did not check in on us at all to find out if everything was in order. Another manager who enquired at thee table went to follow up on our drinks and focaccia bread that was order 45 minutes prior to him checking in on us. Is thee Panarottis Pizza Pasta Vaal Mall biased when it comes to their customers ? Clearly we were not important enough - The service was poor and most dissatisfactory to say the least. The manager Hansie has to coordinate the orders going out - a lot of people were moaning because the meals were taking so long. If this attitude and bad service holds up I'm not sure how long the Panarottis Pizza Pasta will last.
I booked accommodation for 3 adults for to stay over at the Premier Hotel OR Tambo on Sat21/4 & check out Sun 22/4. I was assisted by Mercy Dolamo. She confirmed that 3 adults would be able to sleep in a STD Room. When we arrived at the hotel & met with Lebo @ reception she confirmed that the booking was incorrect. Rather awkward and embarrassed we had to make an additional payment. The staff are unaccommodating, unfriendly, unhelpful and not interested in the guests at all. I will never use or recommend this hotel to anyone . PEOPLE BECAREFULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been meaning to write this compliant a while back & have not had to chance too. Sometime last year my phone went into flight mode & would not come on. I visited the Vodacam shop @ Cresta and asked if I could upgrade my phone. I was told that I cannot because my airtime usage is too little. I had to buy another phone for cash. Early in Jan 16 I took my phones & handed them in for repairs, The Nokia Lumina was apparently rebooted however still doesn't work. The LG phone had a cracked screen, the insurance allowed for a new phone to be issued. This was a drama on its own. I had to visit the store almost 4 times & waited for hours before I was helped. The way in which the entire matter was dealt with leaves a poor taste & obviously the consultants take us to be fools. The coloured guy working @ the Cresta store told the insurance person he just takes his time to annoy angry clients. I guess if the service was better than we don't have to scream & shout. I had to make 3-4 crossings between shops to get my so called new phone (smallest LG phone) .. <br> I've had better experiences with Vodacom clearly their services is now going down market. <br>
I've been a long standing client however the director/ office managers gives a don't care attitude. I've complained several times about the bad service which includes lying to customers. I'm forced to use this company to get to work. The call centre staff are rude and incompetent. I struggle daily to no avail. I give up abs will not recommend this company to anyone. I've been incorrextly billed and waiting for days to get the correct invoice. They are rip off.
