I placed my order with this company on the 20th of March 2025 and once my order had been confirmed it said that it would be delivered within 10-20 days ,however it has been 3 months now and i haven't received anything , the company is also horrible at communicating and getting back to me as well as other clients from what I've read about
It's my first every Hello Peter complaint and I feel very strongly that others should be warned about Dotsure. They are the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, they have taken weeks to get back to me despite a number of emails. Then I'm told that my claim was cancelled due to the fact that they never received a photo of my odometer reading in my car. I have submitted approximately 20 pictures, only 2 were relevant to my motor car claim. Then without any notification they decide to cancel the claim. I have many years experience in business and been with the same insurance company for 30 years, they unfortunately moved their customer book to Dotsure which has been a total disaster. I wonder if this is a legit company, I will not leave a stone unturned until my claim has been successfully handled. This company has no credibility and I find them completely without integrity, erring on the side of dishonesty.
Early in December I placed an order for 6 items on line with [URL Removed] Unfortunately 4 of the items didn't fit or were not suitable, I therefore followed the return process online and requested someone collect. As I was going away on holiday I specifically arranged that there was someone at the house to hand over the box of the returned items. After 5 days and several calls and promises to collect the next day, there was still no sign of the appointed courier company. I had so many calls to say they were sorry and emails asking for my opinion of their service, I continued to explain that the return was still waiting for collection and the refund. I've emailed a called over 15 times
