<p>Where on this site are the "terms and conditions" because I am most certainly NOT paying importers duties. And while I'm at it, WHAT IS THE CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY????? Can't seem to find that on the website either. My ring is stuck at customs, because customs is waiting for payment from ME, and Jeulia cannot answer my questions. </p>
I ordered a smurf mold from SA molds online store, paid for the goods 4 going on 5 days ago, and STILL NO DELIVERY. Paid the extra R119 for express door to door delivery, and NOTHING.<br> <br> I have tried every which way to contact SOMEONE and to no avail.<br> <br> Makes me sick to my stomach that I cannot even order a smurf mold without being conned.<br> <br> Is there any contact information for SOMEONE who runs this site??????
Our company has had dead telephone lines since DECEMBER 2015, and we have been logging faults to NO AVAIL since then. When we phone Telkom on 10217 we get told that the previous person logged the fault incorrectly, she will try and fix it. Then we get a phone call from a Telkom technician saying that all faults have been logged onto the only line that is still working and he can't fix anything, because according to him everything is working.<br> <br> So we PAY for a SERVICE that is not working and that no one at Telkom is interested in fixing. We are busy losing money and business. Is Telkom going to reimburse us for this???<br> <br> According to the Telkom Fault website, faults have been logged. BUT NO ONE SEEMS TOO INTERESTED IN FIXING ANYTHING.<br> <br> SO NOW PLEASE TELL ME WHERE WE GO FROM HERE???<br> <br>
