Do not utilise the services of The Corner Upholstery Shoppe. I had my lounge suite recovered by the Corner Upholstery Shoppe (which had cost me a fortune) which was covered to my satisfaction at the time. However, after just two and a half years the material started ripping apart. It first started on the back cushions, which I had then requested Lionel to see what was happening. Lionel proceeded on his own accord to fix the two cushions without informing me and invoiced me for it. He presented me with an invoice for the repairs, which I queried. However, did I not pay his invoice, (which was day light robbery), he would not return my cushions. It has now transpired a few months after having the cushions fixed, that the back of the couch is now ripping apart too with another cushion on its way there. Lionel has been promising me call after call that he would collect the couches and investigate with the supplier about the quality of the material. I arranged with him several times to collect on a specific day, but fails to arrive. My personal view is that the material used was of poor quality or of old stock that was used. Very disappointed with the service and the lies. I certainly will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I placed my order on 26 January 2016. I was advised that it would be delivered by the 1 February 2016. To my delight and the recipient's delight they delivered on 29 January 2016. <br> <br> I am happy to say that the service is excellent. I ordered Death by Lindt Candy Jar on 6 January 2016 to be delivered on the 08 January 2016. All went well until they delivered the chocolates - the chocolates were all melted in the jar. The call centre was contacted. The agent advised me that they will collect and replace the chocolates on 11 January 2016. This did not happen until the 13 January 2016 when they only collected the chocolates but did not replace them, contradictory to what the agent at the call centre advised me. Then by the 18 January 2016 the replacement chocolate was delivered, however it was the incorrect chocolate. It was replaced with coconut chocolate and the bottle was half filled with chocolates. To date the incorrect chocolates have not been collected and my money refunded, which has been requested. I still await the outcome.<br> <br> It is absolutely shocking how the call centre agents provide you with incorrect information.
